Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4cups tomato juice
  2. 2cups pepper vodka
  3. 1\2 cup celery chopped
  4. 1\2 cup mint leaves chopped
  5. 1\2 cup lemon juice
  6. 4 tsp Tobasco sauce
  7. 4 tsp Worcester shire sauce
  8. A pinch of black pepper
  9. Sea salt to taste
  10. 4cups of crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Add plenty of ice and all ingredients to a shaker or stirring glass.
  2. Add Tobasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. If you are using a shaker, tilt it back and forwards a few times to mix the ingredients without making frothy. If you're stirring, you can do so vigorously.
  4. Pour the mix into a glass or jar. Top up with fresh crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a celery stick or mint leaves and serve.
