Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soya chunks 1 cup (boiled)
  2. Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  3. Onion 1 chopped in squares
  4. Carrot half cut into julliens
  5. Green Peppers 1/2 chopped into squares
  6. Soya souce 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Red chilli sauce 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  11. Black pepper a pinch
  12. Cornflour 1/4 teaspoon diluted into 1 tablespoon water
  13. Oil 1 tablespoon


  1. Heat oil and add garlic paste. Saute for some time so that raw smell goes.
  2. Now add chopped onion, pepper, and carrots. Roast for 2 minutes.
  3. Add red chili, soya sauce, and tomato ketchup.mix well. Add diluted cornflour.
  4. Mix well. Add sugar, salt and black pepper and soya chunks.
  5. Roast for a mintue. Your chili soya chunks are ready.
