Ingredients to make Rose Lassi

  • yogurt 1&1/2 cups
  • Chilled water 1cup
  • sugar as needed
  • salt. 1tsp
  • rose syrup -2tbsp
  • Ice cubes handful

How to make Rose Lassi

  1. In a large bowl add curd, chilled water, salt, sugar, rose syrup blend it with a blender till gets frothy.
  2. Check sugar if required add more and blend again.
  3. In a tall glasses add ice cubes pour blended rose lassi.
  4. Garnish with chopped nuts,serve chilled.
  5. Soothing rose lassi is ready to sip, best thirst quencher for summers.
