Rose water lassi

Ingredients to make Rose water lassi

  • 600 gm dahi
  • 1 cup full sugar
  • 7-8 drops of pink food colour
  • 2spoon of rose water

How to make Rose water lassi

  1. First take dahi in a bowl .
  2. Add rose water and pink food colour.
  3. Put this mix in the juicer and add half glass of water in intervals and mix all well in the juicer by switching it on and off at intervals for 4-5minutes.
  4. Pour the contents of the jar in the serving glasses.
  5. Add ice cubes on top.and serve chilled lassi at any time to beat the heat.Happy Summers!!!!

My Tip:

Dont add too much water to sustain the thickness of the lassi
