Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Gatta:
  2. 1 bowl besan flour
  3. 1 tsp oil
  4. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp Haldi
  7. Pinch of hing
  8. 1/2 tsp whole black pepper
  9. 1/2 tsp roasted jeera
  10. 5 tsp palak puree
  11. For gravy:
  12. 2 onion
  13. 1 green chilly
  14. 1 tomatoes
  15. 2tsp ginger garlic paste
  16. Salt
  17. Haldi
  18. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  19. 1 bowl palak puree
  20. 1 tsp gram masala
  21. Handful of coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl mix all ingredients of gatta, make a soft dough
  2. On other hand keep water in pan to boil
  3. Take the dough, give a cylindrical shape , put it in boiling water
  4. Remove after 5 min, cut them into pieces
  5. For gravy:
  6. In pan put oil, jeera when it crackles add onion, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, saute it
  7. Now add tomatoes, dry masala, water and saute till it leaves oil
  8. Add palak puree saute till the raw smell goes,add gatta in it
  9. Cover and cook for 2 min on slow flame. garnish with coriander leaves.
