My favourite summer fruit Indian blackberry is available only during summers .it is very good for diabetic people.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Indian blackberry 300 gram
  2. Water 1cup or as per requirement
  3. Black salt a pinch
  4. Chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  5. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon (optional)
  6. Sugar 1 teaspoon (optional)
  7. Ice cubes as per requirement

Instructions

  1. Rinse blackberries(Jamun) well with fresh water.
  2. Keep all the berries in a big bowl and smash with your fingers well to separate seeds from the pulp.
  3. After separating seeds from pulp add 1 cup water and blend this pulp in a blender.
  4. Blend black berry pulp for 2-3 minutes to make a nice and smooth juice.
  5. Juice will collect down in the tumbler and solid parts will get collected in the white netted tumbler.
  6. Now if you are diabetic then just add a dash of black salt and pour into glasses and serve chilled with ice cubes.
  7. If you are not diabetic then add some chaat masala, sugar, lemon juice and mix.
  8. Add some ice cubes pour into glasses and serve chilled.
