Ingredients to make eGG-iZZa | Egg Pizza

  • eggs 4
  • Cheese 1 slice
  • salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • chilli Flakes 1+1+1+1 pinches
  • Pizza Seasoning 1+1+1+1 pinches
  • tomato (De-seeded) ½ Chopped
  • onion ½ Chopped
  • Spring onions Chopped

How to make eGG-iZZa | Egg Pizza

  1. Arrange 4 silicon muffin moulds in a baking tray, break the eggs into the moulds (don't beat), sprinkle a pinch of salt to each of the moulds. Put the tray in the microwave, set the temperature to 200° C in the convection mode and bake the eggs for 10 minutes.
  2. After baking for 10 minutes arrange the chopped tomatoes, onions, spring onions on top of the baked eggs and bake for 3 minutes at 200° C at Convection mode.
  3. Before the buzzer beeps be ready with the slice of cheese. Make 4 equal parts of it. Take out the tray, and carefully place the piece of the cheese slices on the centre of each moulds, sprinkle Chilli Flakes, Oregano, Pizza Seasoning from the top and put the tray back for baking under similar condition for 2 more minutes.
  4. Your eGG-iZZa is ready to be served.
