Microwave Pizza!!!! No mug pizza can guarantee a cooked and a crispy base. But this is my innovative idea that just popped in my mind during planning my bacha party menu. And trust me folks, this is super easy and tastes too yum. I added an egg in each mug for that perfect dose of protiens. Absolutely amazing one that can be whipped up in 2 to 3 minutes. And yes don't think that it can be made for kids alone. Everyone can dig into this beauty. Happy Microwaving guys !!!!!!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Bread slice 1
  2. Capsicum juliennes few (half of a capsicum is enough for 1 mug pizza)
  3. Onion sliced half
  4. Tomato sliced small 1
  5. Egg 1
  6. Pizza sauce some
  7. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  8. Blackpepper 1/2 a tsp
  9. Salt 1/2 a tsp
  10. Parsley flakes 1/2 tsp
  11. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp
  12. Mozzarella shredded 3 to 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. First of all tear the bread slice into few pieces about 4.
  2. Arrange them in a microwave safe mug.
  3. Now comes the assembling of the rest of the things.
  4. Drizzle some olive oil now.
  5. Spread some pizza sauce as desired.
  6. Break an egg on top of it.
  7. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
  8. Next arrange all the veggies.
  9. And lastly top it up with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
  10. Microwave on high power for 2 minutes at first. Mine is a 1250 watt microwave. Therefore time differs a bit. If you feel it's not done, microwave it further for 30 to 50 seconds.
  11. Tadaa !!!!!! Bread Egg Mug Pizza is all ready to dig in.
