ABOUT Spinach Ghavne RECIPE

Healthy and instant snack made of rice flour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice Flour - 2 Cups
  2. Blanched and pureed spinach - 1 Cup
  3. Rawa / Suji - 2 tbsp
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Grated coconut for chutney
  6. Salt for chutney
  7. Green chilli
  8. Roasted gram / Daliya for chutney

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add rice four, salt, spinach puree and rawa. Add water to make a batter. It should be thinner than the dosa batter.
  2. Mix coconut, roasted gram/daliya, salt, green chilli and grind it to make a chutney.
  3. Heat a non stick frying pan / tawa, add a bit of oil and pour a ladle full of batter on it. You can make it without using oil too. Cover for 2-3 minutes and when done flip to the other side and cook for a minute. Serve with coconut chutney.
