Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Mango ripe - 2
  2. Aata - 1 Cup
  3. Ghee - 5-6 tsp
  4. Sugar - 1/2 Cup or more if you like it sweet
  5. Roasted chopped cashew nuts - 1/4 Cup
  6. Roasted Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel mangoes. Make puree with 1 tsp water or milk.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan, add ghee. Once hot add the wheat flour. Stir continuously and roast for 7-8 mins n low heat. When you get a nice roasted aroma, remove in a plate.
  3. In the same pan add mango puree and sugar. Cook till it thickens then add fried aata 3-4 tsp milk.
  4. Now stir continuously for 8-10 mins on medium heat or until the desired consistency is achieved. Keep stirring to avoid burning of the mixture. Turn off the gas.
  5. Grease a thali with 2-3 tsp ghee and spread the mixture. Add nuts and sesame seeds.
  6. Cut in the desired shape after the mixture has cooled down.
