Veg noodles cooked in tomato puree. Quick and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 - Hakka noodles packet
  2. 8 - Tomatoes
  3. 1 tbsp - Tomato ketchup
  4. 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 - Small onion
  6. 4 tbsp - Coriander leaves, chopped
  7. 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
  8. 1/3 tsp - Garam masala
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Boil the hakka noodles and keep ready.
  2. Grind the tomatoes to a puree. In a wok heat oil add ginger garlic paste and saute. Then add red chilli powder and garam masala mix.
  3. Then add the tomato puree and let it cook until saucy. Add tomato ketchup and salt, keep mixing on low flame.
  4. Then add noodles and toss well. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
