ABOUT Instant Besan Barfi RECIPE

Only four ingredients are required to make this very instant and delicious barfi.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Besan (chikpea flour) - 200 gram
  2. Suji (semolina) - 50 gram
  3. Powered sugar - 150 gram
  4. Desi ghee - 150 gram

Instructions

  1. Heat desi ghee in a wok and roast chikpea flour and semolina on low flame till brown.
  2. Now switch off the flame and add powdered sugar, mix properly.
  3. Put this mixture in a greased plate and keep the plate in refrigerator.
  4. After cooling the mixture cut in the desired shape. Store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
