ABOUT Fruit Curd Rice RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled rice - 1 bowl
  2. Thick Curd - 1 Cup
  3. Chopped green & black grapes - 1/4 Cup
  4. Pomegranate - 1/4 Cup
  5. Sugar - 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Chopped green chilli - 2, small
  8. Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 tsp
  9. Chopped Mint - 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil - 2 tsp
  11. Rai - 1/4 tsp
  12. Jeera - 1/4 tsp
  13. Dry red chilli - 3 to 4

Instructions

  1. Add boiled rice and curd in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, sugar, chopped fruits and mix.
  3. Then add chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix all ingredients properly.
  4. Tempering : Heat oil in a tadka pan, add some oil, rai, cumin seeds and dry red chilli.
  5. When tadka is ready add in the mix curd fruit rice.
  6. Mix and serve it immediately.
