ABOUT Juicy Watermelon Cake With Greek Yogurt & Crunchy Almond Frosting RECIPE

Beautiful, healthy, juicy watermelon shaped like cake with the goodness of roasted almonds and yogurt.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Seedless watermelon - 1, small
  2. Chopped almond - 1/2 Cup
  3. Ground Pista - 2 tablespoon
  4. Greek yogurt - 1 Cup
  5. Honey - 1 tsp
  6. Ground sugar - 1 tablespoon
  7. Mint leaves a few

Instructions

  1. Cut thick slices of watermelon rind from both ends and discard them. Stand watermelon on a board and starting from the top carefully cut around between the rind and fruit to separate the two. Discard the rind. Pat watermelon with kitchen towel to dry.
  2. Frost watermelon with whipped yogurt, honey and some sugar. Decorate watermelon with sliced almond and ground pista.
  3. Serve chilled.
