ABOUT Homemade Frooti RECIPE

The taste of homemade frooti is much better than market bought and it is pure and healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 - Ripe Mangoes
  2. 1 - Raw mango
  3. 250 gm - Sugar
  4. 750 ml - Water
  5. A pinch citric acid

Instructions

  1. First peel both the mangoes and chop them into pieces.
  2. Now put little water in mangoes and give 3 whistle in a pressure cooker.
  3. In other pan put sugar, water and boil it. Add citric acid in it.
  4. Now make puree of mangoes ans sieve it.
  5. When sugar syrup cools down mix it with the puree.
  6. Blend everything in the mixer. Take it out in a glass gar or bottle. You can keep it for 5-6 days easily in fridge. Serve chilled.
