Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken - 1/2 kg
  2. Black pepper powder - 2 tbs
  3. Cumin powder - 2 tbs
  4. Garam masala powder - 3 tbs
  5. Turmeric - 1 tbs
  6. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1tbs
  7. Kashmiri red dry chilli socked in worm water and paste - 2 tbs
  8. Onion paste - 3 tbs
  9. Tomato paste - 2-3 tbs
  10. Green chilies - 2-3 tbs (paste)
  11. Cashew nut paste - 4-5 tbs
  12. Garlic paste - 2-3 tbs
  13. Ginger paste - 2-3 tbs
  14. Salt - to taste
  15. Oil - 3
  16. Coriander leaves to garnish it

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, put some oil and add onion, tomato, all the pastes and fry till it all gets cooked.
  2. Now add all spices and fry it till it gets cooked on a low flame. Now add the chicken and stir it then cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Now open, add the cashew nut paste and mix it well. Now finally serve it with chopped coriander leaves.
