Ingredients Serving: 5

Burger bun or brioche 1
1 Cup Chicken Minced
1 small onion chopped
1 table spoon Ginger Garlic paste
1 small potato [boiled & mashed]
Salt to taste
1 table spoon oil
Vegetables for garnishing the burger
1 table spoon ketchup
1 table spoon mayonnaise
Black pepper powder to sprinkle

Instructions

Add chicken, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, mashed potato, required amount of salt in a big bowl.
Mash everything with the palm of your hand and make a dough.
Make round balls out of the above made dough, by greasing your hands with oil.
Shape the above made balls into circular roundels or tikkis.
Refrigerate them for about 20 minutes and then deep fry them in hot oil, by alternating the flame between medium and low so that chicken cooks through.
Fry until golden brown on both the sides. Drain them on a paper towel to remove the excess oil if any.
Assembly :
Slice the brioche bun into 2 halves.
Apply ketchup on one of the open halves.
Apply Mayonnaise on the other half bun. now place the fried chicken burger patty on it.
Garnish with slices of vegetables like onion, tomato, lettuce etc.
Sprinkle black pepper powder.
Place the other half bun on top an secure it with a toothpick.
A slice of cheese can also be added for extra deliciousness.
