Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 pieces Chicken thigh (Whole)
  2. 1/3 cup Yogurt
  3. 3 Big Onion
  4. 5-6 cloves garlic
  5. 2 table spoons Ginger paste
  6. 1/2 tea spoon Shahi Garam Masala Powder
  7. 1 - 2 tea spoon Red Chili Powder
  8. 2 -3 whole dry Red Chili
  9. 1 tea spoon Rose water
  10. 1 tea spoon Kewra Essence
  11. 4 + 2 table spoon Oil
  12. 2 table spoon Ghee
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Dash Of Nutmeg Powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken pieces nicely, pat dry then slit the flesh.
  2. Chop the onion and fry them until it is brown and crispy. Cool it down and make smooth paste along with the garlic.
  3. Take a bowl. Add the yogurt, onion paste, ginger paste, salt and red cili powder. Mix well then add it to the chicken and fold nicely. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
  4. Take a flat large pan. Heat oil. Then scrape of the marinate paste from the chicken and fry both side until it is slightly brown.
  5. Add the marinade paste. mix well and cover it, to cook for an hour in low flame. Don't forget to stir in intervals.
  6. When the gravy will start to loose oil and the chicken is completely cooked add the Garam Masala pawder, Nutmeg powder, Kewra and Rose water. Stir well. Serve hot.
