Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mango puree- 1 cup
  2. Condensed milk-4 tbspn.
  3. Dry milk-2 tbspn.
  4. Kesar- some strands
  5. Milk- 2 tspn
  6. Paneer - 1 cup
  7. Kaju [cashew nuts] -10
  8. Pistachios -10
  9. Almonds -10
  10. Sugar-1 tbspn.
  11. Ghee-1 Spoon


  1. Mash the paneer till then soft.
  2. Mix dry milk and sugar. Mix it well.
  3. Take heavy pan and put the paneer mixer and saute till then leave the ghee.
  4. After that mix the condensed milk ,mango puree , roasted dry fruit and milk kesar mixer.
  5. Saute till then it convert into dough.
  6. Cool this mixture.
  7. Take ghee on palm and make mango malai ladoo one bye one garnish with dry fruits.
