Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat floor -3cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2 tspn- oil for dough
  4. For stuffing
  5. Boiled potatoes-4 large
  6. Onion-1 finely chopped
  7. Small tomato-1 finely chopped
  8. Green Chilly -4 chopped
  9. Garam masala- 1tspn
  10. Red chilly powder- 1 tspn
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Cumin and coriander powder- 1 tspn
  13. Oil for frying
  14. Turmeric powder- 1tspn
  15. Green coriander leaves
  16. Mustered seed-1tspn
  17. Butter for garnishing


  1. Take wheat floor and add some salt and oil for kneed a soft dough
  2. For stuffing : first take 2 tspn oil in pan put some mustered seed in it .add green chilly and greeted ginger in it
  3. Put chopped onion in it sauté for a minute
  4. There after add chopped tomato in it sauté for while
  5. Add some red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander and cumin powder ,Garam masala
  6. Put some salt to taste
  7. There after take mashed potatoes and add onion mixture in it .
  8. Stuffing is ready to make paratha
  9. Take a dough ball and make round roti than put inside the stuffing to make paratha
  10. And shallow fry on hot tava
  11. Take some butter for making crispy aaloo paratha
  12. Serve it with butter and green coriander chutney and curd
