Healthy low cal baked cheese stuffed cauliflower

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Marination ----Small size whole cauliflower ----1
  2. Cottage cheese. -250gm
  3. Yogurt -2Tbsp
  4. Lemon juice. -2Tbsp
  5. Salt -1tsp
  6. oil
  7. Red chilli powder.
  8. For gravy
  9. Onions -4-5
  10. Tomatoes. -3-4
  11. Ginger -1/2"
  12. Garlic 5-6 pods
  13. Chopped Green coriander handful
  14. Garam masala -1tsp
  15. Cashew ,raisins as per chioce

Instructions

  1. Take 1 whole cauliflower wash thoroughly
  2. Spices for marination
  3. Blanch cauliflower in turmeric water for 10 minutes cover the lid
  4. Strain it
  5. Mix together the stuffing material fill the cervics first
  6. Then apply the marination material on the top of it nicely
  7. Preheat oven at 180d for 10 minutes
  8. Arrange the marinated cauliflower on baking tray and pour 1 tsp oil over it baked for 25 minutes or completely done check it or baked forfew minutes more
  9. Make the gravy with onion tomatoes by roasting in oil spread nicely on the serving platter place the baked cauliflower over it ,garnish with chopped coriander and garam masala ,raisins ,cashews
  10. Serve hot as side dish or as a snacks with chutney cut with Sharp knife njoy ur baked gobhi mussallam
