Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 250 gms
  2. Capsicum 2
  3. Onion 2 medium
  4. Tomato 3 medium
  5. Fresh ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  6. Oil 3 tbsp
  7. Cream 3-4 tbsp
  8. Milk 2 tbsp
  9. Salt 1.5 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  12. Coriander powder 1.5 tsp
  13. Kitchen king 1 tsp
  14. Garam masala 1 tsp
  15. Kasoori methi 1.5 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Fry diced capsicum for. 15_20. Seconds and keep it aside
  3. Now fry onion bulbs( one onion out of two cut into four and separate the section) for 15_20. Seconds and keep them aside
  4. Make paste of the remaining one onion and sauté into the same oil till golden brown
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw smell goes off
  6. Add tomato puree and cook
  7. Add spices like red chilli coriander powder, turmeric powder, kitchen king, garam Masala and cook for a while
  8. Add fried onion and capsicum, cream and salt.cook for a minute
  9. Add paneer cubes and milk after a minute add roasted Kasoori methi and cover with lid after a minute switch off the flame
  10. Serve with chapati parantha or naan it tastes truly delicious
