Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup salted boondi.
  2. 1 1/2 cup whisked chilled curd.
  3. 1/2 tsp chilli powder.
  4. 1 1/2 tsp chat masala.
  5. 2 tsp roasted cumin powder.
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. Sugar optional.
  8. Coriander for garnishing.


  1. Soak the boondi in enough water for 15 mins, meanwhile prepare the curd.
  2. Combine curd and approximate 1/4 cup water in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add chilli powder, chat masala, cumin powder , salt and sugar (optional).
  4. Now drain the water from the boondi squeeze out the excess water and add it to the curd.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
  6. Serve immediately or chilled....as per your choice.
