ABOUT Boondi raita RECIPE

Freshly made refreshing boondi raita, can be enjoyed as such or with every meal.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 400 ml curd
  2. 1/2 cup dry masala boondi
  3. 1/2 tsp black salt
  4. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  5. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  6. 1 tsp powdered sugar
  7. coriander,for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil some water and add dry masala boondi to it.
  2. Take curd in a mixing bowl and add sugar and mix well.
  3. Add salt and all other dry spices and mix .
  4. Drain the boondi in a sieve.
  5. Add boondi to the curd and mix well.
  6. Adjust consistency with water, if too thick.
  7. Garnish with coriander and serve.
