Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms paneer cubes(soaked in warm salt water for 5 min)
  2. for making paste:
  3. Ginger 1"
  4. Green chilly 2
  5. white pepper 1/2 tsp
  6. shahi jeera 1 tspn
  7. Almonds 10
  8. cashew nuts10
  9. Raisins 8
  10. Curd 1/2 cup
  11. Milk 1 cup
  12. Saffron strands 1/2 tspn
  13. white oil+ghee 2 tblspn
  14. for tempering [whole garam masala]:
  15. Mace 1
  16. nutmeg one pinch
  17. Bay Leaves 1

Instructions

  1. heat oil in pan,fry the paneer cubes untill brown
  2. make a paste with almond,cashew,raisins,ginger,green chilly,jeera,pepper
  3. add tempering to oil,then add the paste,saute. in this time u add salt and sugar the will help to release some water so that the paste wouldn't stick to the pan
  4. after 2 min add curd,mix well so that there shoul not be make any lumps,now saute this masala
  5. when masala will leave oil from the side add jafran mixed milk to it and put the paneers into the pan
  6. bring into a boil then boil this with a lid so that the gravy should be thicken in ur desired consistency in low flame.
  7. switch off the flame,add some ghee and garam masala powder over it.
