Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. salty biscuits 10
  2. fine semolina 3tbsp
  3. Curd 1/3cup
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. redchilli paste 1/2tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  8. Chopped onion 3tbsp
  9. Chopped capsicum 2tbsp
  10. Chopped carrot 2tbsp
  11. Eno 1tsp
  12. OIL FOR BRUSHING
  13. sweet tamarind sauce for serving
  14. Sev for garnish
  15. coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush biscuts in a fine powder add semolina in it and mix
  2. Now in a vessel add this semolina biscuit mixture add curd onion capsicum carrot salt red chilli powder turmeric powder and mix well add 1/2cup of water and keep aside for 5-7minuts
  3. After 5minuts check the consistency of batter it should be like the consistency of muffin or cake batter if needed add some water
  4. Add eno in the batter and mix well
  5. Now greese the muffin moulds pour some batter and steam it in a steamer for 8-10minuts
  6. Check this muffins using toothpick if it comes out clean muffins are ready turn off the gas
  7. Demould muffins garnish it with some sauce sev onions coriender leaves sprinkle some chatmasala and serve
