ABOUT Restaurant style mysore bonda RECIPE

Mysore fritters recipe crispy from outside and soft from inside,very easy and quick to make. We can, have these bondas as a tiffin with coconut chutney and sambhar or as a snacks at tea time.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. all purpose flour 1cup
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Semolina or rice flour 2 tablespoon
  4. Cooking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Salt 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste
  6. Water as per requirement to make semisolid paste
  7. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take a deep bowl add curd, soda,semolina or rice flour and salt whisk properly with the help of spoon or whisker
  2. Add oil in a kadai for deep frying bondas and keep it for heating on a stove to a smoking point.
  3. Add 1 cup all purpose flour to the curd little by little and whisk properly add water 1-2 spoon if you require
  4. Make sure there should not be any lumps remaining.
  5. We need a Semisolid batter if batter is too thin then you can add little more semolina and all purpose flour.
  6. Reduce the flame to medium and start adding semi solid bonda paste approx 1tablespoon at a time from your hand in a kadai
  7. When Bondas get crispy fried from one side then flip the bondas other side with frying spoon and fry golden brown.
  8. When bondaas get crispy and golden brown take out with rhe help of frying spoon on tissue paper.
  9. Now your restaurant style mysore bondas are ready to serve with coconut chutney and sambar.
