Thai Sweet Chilli Peanut Sauce

Ingredients to make Thai Sweet Chilli Peanut Sauce

  • Red Bellpepper. 1 Big size
  • Red chillies. 2 no
  • water. 3 Tbsp
  • imli pulp. 3Tbsp
  • garlic Glove. 2no.
  • white vinegar. 3Tbsp
  • Palm sugar. 3Tbsp
  • salt. As per taste
  • Crushed peanuts. 3Tbsp
  • White sesame seeds. 3Tbsp

How to make Thai Sweet Chilli Peanut Sauce

  1. Deseeded red bell pepper and cut into small pieces.
  2. Add everything except peanut and sesame seeds into the blender and blend everything.
  3. Make sure there is no chunks in the mixture.
  4. Take a heavy bottom PAN and transfer the mixture .
  5. On medium heat simmer the sauce for about 4-5 mts.
  6. Turn off the heat add crushed peanuts and sesame seeds.

My Tip:

Adjust seasoning according to your taste.Palm sugar can be replaced by regular sugar.Any red chilli can be used.
