Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 litre milk
  2. 8 tbsp sugar
  3. 2 Tbsp Cornflour
  4. 2tbsp GMS powder
  5. Pinch of CMC powder
  6. Pinch of red colour
  7. Few drops of rose essence
  8. Tuttti fruity 1/2cup
  9. Kaju pieces for garnish
  10. 1/2cup rose syrup
  11. Ready Falooda packet
  12. Soaked chia seeds two tbsp

Instructions

  1. Pour milk in a jar now add corn flour GMS n CMC powder and sugar beat it.
  2. Now pour this mixture in pan, boil it
  3. When mixture goes thick turn off the gas
  4. When it cool pour in an aluminium pot. freeze it for 5 to 6 hours
  5. After 5 hours beat this icecream for 15 min
  6. Now add red colour, rose essence, Tutti fruity beat it for 5 min
  7. Now pour in pot and freeze it for 4 to 5 hours
  8. For Falooda: -boil Falluda mix with water for 5 min
  9. Now done, drain water from and add ice water in it
  10. Take a glass add crushed ice then add Falooda and icecream add chia seeds.
  11. Add rose syrup on top and garnish with Kaju pieces
  12. Serve chilled.
