    Ingredients to make Summer-Time Red Smoothie

    • 3 cups watermelon chunks
    • 1 small beet washed & cut into wedges
    • 1 carrot washed & cut into wedges
    • 2 tsp ginger peeled & chopped
    • 4 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
    • 6 - 8 sprigs of mint leaves
    • 3 - 4 tbs honey (optional)

    How to make Summer-Time Red Smoothie

    1. Combine watermelon, beetroot, lemon juice, ginger, 6 - 8 mint leaves & honey.
