Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup heavy whipping cream
  2. 2 tbsp Gulkand
  3. 8-10 betel leaves chopped
  4. 2 tbsp sweet fennel seeds
  5. 1 tbsp chopped cashews
  6. 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  7. 4 seedless dates chopped
  8. 1/2 can or 200 ml condensed milk
  9. 2 drop Green food color (optional)
  10. 2 tbsp tutti fruity
  11. 2 tbsp Milk

Instructions

  1. First wash and chopped Betel leaves
  2. In blender add betel leaves fennel seeds, milk, Gulkand and grind it till smooth paste
  3. Now whip the whipping cream till it soft peaks.add green food colour if wanted.
  4. Add condensed milk mix well
  5. Add chopped and sliced almonds and cashew nuts
  6. Add chopped dates mix all things well in cream
  7. Add Paan mixture and mix all together.
  8. Adjust sweetness. pour this Paan ice cream mixture in an airtight container
  9. Garnish it with tutti fruity.
  10. Cover it with cling do that can avoid ice Crystal.
  11. Freeze it at least 6-7 hours or overnight to set.
  12. After 6 hours check ice cream.if it was done. scoop it and garnish it with Gulkand and dry nuts and tutti fruity.
  13. Refreshing Paan Icecream is ready to serve
