Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken 1
  2. Egg 1
  3. Oil 2 tablespoon
  4. Onion 1 cup
  5. Tomato 1/2 cup
  6. Green chilli 1 tablespoon
  7. Ginger 1/2 tablespoon
  8. Garlic 1/2 tablespoon
  9. Curry leaves 1 teaspoon
  10. Coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
  11. Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon
  13. Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  14. Cumin powder 1/2 tablespoon
  15. Soya sauce 1/2 tablespoon
  16. Green chilli sauce 1/2 tablespoon
  17. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon
  18. Cashew nut 1 tablespoon
  19. Kishmish 1 tablespoon
  20. Salt

Instructions

  1. Clean the chicken and make a hole btw the legs. Magnate the chicken with turmeric powder and salt after 5 min half cook the chicken in a cooker keep it aside
  2. For filling heat a pan and add some oil in it and ginger , garlic and onion and green chilli ,curry leaves ,coriander leaves tomato cook until they get brown colour and add some chilli powder, turmeric, coriander, cumin powder and some salt in it finally add all sauces that I mentioned upper and add fried cashew and raisins in it turn off the flame
  3. Take the half cooked chicken and fill the chicken with half of the stuffing and add boiled egg in it and close the hole with the leg 4 Magnate the chicken ones more with chilli powder ,turmeric, coriander powder and salt and fry the chicken with Lil oil and add the chicken in to the stuffing that left cook the chicken for 5 to 8 min with the masala Serve it on a big plate with the masala covered
