Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Full fat milk 1 ltr
  2. Chopped dry nuts like cashewnuts, pistachio and almond.
  3. Cornflour 2 tsp dissolved in 2 tbsp water
  4. Rose petal jam 2 tbsp
  5. Rose syrup 2 tbsp
  6. Rose water 1 tsp
  7. Rose essence 2 to 3 drops
  8. Kulli moulds 6 to 7

Instructions

  1. First, boil the milk.
  2. When its done boiling, add all dry nuts. Keep on a simmer.
  3. When it becomes thick then add cornflour dissolved in water. Simmer for two minutes and switch off the stove.
  4. Wait till it cools down keep it in the refrigerator.
  5. After 1 hour add rose syrup, rose petal jam, rose water and rose essence.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Put it in the kulfi moulds and keep it in the fridge overnight.
  8. Your kulfi is ready to enjoy.
