Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ripe plums -300gms
  2. Ripe mangopulp -1large
  3. Jaggery powder as per taste
  4. Black salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Collect ripe plums wash them thoroughly
  2. Cut into pieces discard seeds
  3. Scoop out mango pulp
  4. In a blender add plum pieces, mango pulp pinch of salt (As per taste)add jaggery powder
  5. Add little amount of water and churn it to make smoothie
  6. Serve Chilled
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves
  8. Enjoy this healthy tangy smoothie to beat theheat
