ABOUT Siachen Omelette RECIPE

Now this is an omelette shared an ex-Army friend Gautam Nandy, who has spent considerable time at the Siachen glacier. When they got tired of the cardboard, packaged meals, this was an omelette made fit for a king at an altitude of over 20,000 ft. A Siachen Omellet is essentially Maggi noodles cooked with whatever you want, onions, chillies etc and then wrapped in an omelette. So here is mine, Maggi stuffing, cooked without the flavouring agent, but with some soaked shitake mushrooms and a little left-over mutton gravy and lots of chopped green chillies.
