ABOUT Rosy Milk with KulKul RECIPE

This is one of my family's favourite recipes. I make these during festivals.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Rosy Milk :
  2. 200 ml milk
  3. 30 grm sugar
  4. 30 grm Beat
  5. 1 no. Cardamon
  6. 1 tablespoon ghee
  7. Kulkul:
  8. 200 grm Rava
  9. 5 tablespoon wheat flour
  10. 5 grm salt
  11. 50 grm Sugar
  12. 3 and 1/2 table spoon Ghee
  13. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Rosy Milk : Take ghee in a pan and add finely grated beat and stir 3 minutes. Then after add sugar and cook till it melt.Afterwards take milk and mix it and boil till it quantity 150 ml of milk. Serve it with adding cardamon powner.
  2. Kulkul : Take Rava, Wheat flour, Salt, Sugar, Ghee, Beat pest and make a smooth dough and keep aside for half an hour. Thenafer mix it popery and make midium thik size roti and cut into quare and fold it. (KulKul shape) Then
  3. Deep fry it on midium flame and make decisions and healthy KulKul.
