Green Chicken tikka for Ramdan Iftar

Ingredients to make Green Chicken tikka for Ramdan Iftar

  • Bonless chicken 500 g
  • Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
  • coriander leaves 1 small bunch
  • mint leaves 1 small bunch
  • green chillies 4 pieces
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • jeera powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • Wooden skewers

How to make Green Chicken tikka for Ramdan Iftar

  1. Wash the chicken properly and cut them into pieces. Mix coriander leaves mint leaves and green chillies and make a paste.
  2. Now add all spices and paste , youghrt, lemon juice in the chicken and Marinate chicken 30 minutes. Soak Skewers in water 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat broiler and greased broiler pan with oil. Divide chicken among Skewers (about 5 cubes per Skewers).
  4. Arrange about 6 Skewers across the pan. Apply butter on chicken tikka with brush. Broil chicken about 4 inches from heat.
  5. Turning over once until browned in spot and cooked 10 to 15 minutes. After that, turn off the oven Take out the chicken tikka from oven.
  6. One more time apply butter on chicken tikka. Cool down few minutes​.
  7. After that, remove chicken tikka from Skewers. Serve warm ,with chatni or any salads.
