Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Corn 1 bowl
  2. Onion 1 small
  3. Capsicum 1 medium
  4. Boiled, mashed potato 2
  5. Mozrella Cheese grated 1.5 bowl
  6. Green chilly chopped 2
  7. Corriander 1/2 bowl
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. chat masala to taste
  11. Maida- 1/2 bowl
  12. Bread crumbs 1 bowl

Instructions

  1. Firstly, grind the corn in a mixer. Remove water from corn. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix potato, corn, cheese, chilly, pepper, salt, chat masala, onion, capsicum, coriander together.
  4. Now, in a bowl mix maida with water to form a liquid paste.
  5. Form small rolls of the mixture. Dip in maida paste and then coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Place the coated rolls in the pan and fry till golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup, green chutney or Imli chutney.
