Ingredients to make Paneer in onion with gravy

  • 4 big onion
  • 1 spoon cashew nuts
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 5 peppercorn
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 200 gmm paneer
  • salt to taste
  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • 1 spoon ghee
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 spoon malai
  • ! cup of water + milk mix

How to make Paneer in onion with gravy

  1. first peel chop & boil onion with 2 spoon water .
  2. now grind it with cashew, clove, black pepper and cardamom.
  3. Heat some ghee in a pan, add the cardamom.
  4. Now add the ground paste along with some salt.
  5. fry 6-7 mins.
  6. add ginger garlic paste & fry till ghee separates.
  7. cut paneer in cubes.
  8. 1 c mix water & milk , add in the gravy.
  9. now add sugar & paneer cubes.
  10. Simmer till the gravy is thick.
  11. finally add cream & serve with roti.

add sugar as ur taste.
