ABOUT Dahi tikari RECIPE

A delicious amalgamation of onion and curd, to be served with some roti or rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Amul masti dahi or curd 200gms
  2. Chopped green chilli 1
  3. Chopped onion 1 cup
  4. Oil 1 tbsp
  5. hing 1 pinch
  6. Turmeric 1 pinch
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First whisk the curd , add salt and keep it aside
  2. Now in a pan ,heat the oil
  3. When the oil becomes hot add hing ,turmeric and onions
  4. Saute it till onions becomes translucent
  5. Add green chillies , turn off the flame and than add curd to it and it's ready to be served.
