Chocolate cakes can be made eggless, and they can be just as soft as the ones you find at the bakery. chocolate cake made with all purpose flour.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 50-70 gm butter
  2. 200 gm(1 to 2 cup) powder sugar
  3. 30-40 gm(1/2 cup ) milk powder
  4. 200 gm all purpose flour
  5. 1 tbsp baking powder
  6. 1tsp soda by carb/eno fruit salt
  7. 5-7 drop Vanilla assence
  8. 10-12 drop Chocolate assence
  9. 3 tbsp Dark choco powder or as per your taste
  10. 3 tbsp- sweet cocopowder or as per your taste

Instructions

  1. First of all butter(use butter which has softened at room temperature), sugar,milk powder in bowl and mix all the ingredients according to the measurement.
  2. Now add baking powder,soda by carb/eno, and maida(all purpose flour) properly in mixing bowl and stir well.
  3. After that, add cold milk slowly and stir with wired whisk mix everything well.Make sure,there should be no lumps in the cake. Make sure that the batter is not thick but thin.
  4. In mean time pre heat microwave oven at 180°c for 15-20 min.to make cake in mold grease butter from all four side put butter in to microwave same mold.
  5. Now pour cake batter in pre heated cake mold and tap the side so that extra air and bubbles let out.
  6. Now bake the cake in preheated oven at 180° on micro + covection mode for 30-35 minutes. So that cake can soften from inside from a bit and harder to the top. (if spongy cake is needed simply place micro mode at 10 min so cake will be soft.)
  7. To check whether the cake has been cooked or not, insert a toothpick into the cale, it should come out clean . Once the cake cools down, demould and placed in plate. if the tootpick is sticky ,than place the cake back in oven for few more miuntes.
