ABOUT Onion malai dopyaza RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 5 onion medium
  2. 1 cup Cream
  3. 1inch ginger
  4. 1tezpatta
  5. 1/2tsp turmaric powder
  6. 1/2tsp.red chilli powder
  7. 1 tap. Coriander powder
  8. 1/2 tsp jeera
  9. 4 saboot red chilli
  10. 2 tsp. Kasuri methi
  11. 3green chilli
  12. Coriander lefe
  13. oil
  14. Solt

Instructions

  1. Heat 3 tsp of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, whole red dry chilly and 1 bay leaf. Fry till they release a fragrant smell.
  2. Now add the onion, followed by the turmeric powder, red chilly power and saute, cook for few seconds and then add the malai . Then add the coriander powder, green chilli and kasuri methi.
  3. Now cover the pan and cook with occasional stirring.
  4. Now take the curry into a serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
