Rice balls with left over rice.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Left over rice 1 and half cup
  2. Chilly powder 1 tablespoon
  3. Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Grated cheese 2 small cubes
  6. Ginger garlic paste half spoon
  7. Garam masala 1 spoon
  8. Gree peas half cup
  9. Corn flour 1 spoon
  10. Bread crumbs half cup
  11. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Boil green peas. Separate water and peas
  2. Add 2 spoons of hot water ( with which we boiled green peas) and mash the rice.
  3. Add the chilly powder, salt, grated cheese , coriander powder, ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add green peas. mix well. Make balls out of it.
  5. Mix corn flour and water . Dip the balls in it and roll it in bread crumbs. Shake extra crumbs.
  6. Deep fry . Serve it with the choice of ur sauces.
