Ingredients to make Fafda

  • 1 cup GRam Flore
  • 5 Black pepper CrushEd
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • oil for fry

How to make Fafda

  1. Take black pepper in pan heat it very law flame
  2. Add ajwain.
  3. Add salt
  4. Add baking soda
  5. Roast It and keep in mixing bowl
  6. Add 1/2 cup of gram flour.
  7. Add Water And Mix It
  8. Add more 1/2 cup gram flour and kneed a soft dough if required add more Gram flour to make dough
  9. Sprinkle gram flour and add oil , and knead a very smooth dough
  10. Roll it with your hand
  11. Cut it in 1. 5 inch
  12. Press the dough with your palm and push it On Wooden Surface.
  13. Take Sharp Knife And moving it under fafda and remove it from surface
  14. Fry it on very law flame
  15. This is ready to be served.
  16. Garma garam Tasty fafda with Kadhi and msala tea.
