My innovative onion masala cone .. very tasty snack for evening time

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Ingredients for cone
  2. All purpose flour (maida) 1 cup
  3. Oregano 1/4tsp
  4. salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Oil 3 tsp
  6. 1tbsp maida for slurry
  7. Ingredients for onion masala (filling)
  8. Chopped onion 2 cup
  9. Roasted gram flour 1tbs
  10. Chopped garlic 1tsp
  11. Chopped Ginger 1tsp
  12. Chopped green chilli 1tsp
  13. Red chilli powder 1/8tsp
  14. Fennel Powder 1/4 Tsp
  15. Garam masaala 1/8tsp
  16. Dry Mango powder 1/8tsp
  17. Asafetida 1 pinch
  18. Salt to taste
  19. Oil 2tsp
  20. Oil for frying
  21. 2tbsp tomato sauce
  22. Chopped onion 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. Take all ingredients of cone mix them well .
  2. Now with the water make tight dough And cover it and give the rest for 15 minutes
  3. Meanwhile we will prepare the stuffing ..
  4. Take a pan put 2tsp oil in it and heat it ..
  5. Now put onion , garlic , ginger in it and roast them until onion become slightly brown in colour
  6. Now add chopped green chilli and all remaining ingredients in it rast few seconds .. and then remove from heat ..and allow to cool
  7. Now take dough and kneed it well and make 2 balls from it
  8. Take a ball , roll it from rolling pin make make like chapati .. Cut it in semicircle and again cut in two equal parts ..total 4 equal parts
  9. Now take 1tbsp maida in a bowl and add water and make slurry
  10. Now take a part of chapati apply slurry in a side and stick the other side .. see the picture
  11. Now fill onion masala in it
  12. Now with the help of slurry cover the open part
  13. Now take a wok put oil in it and heat it .. in hot oil fry the ready cone on slow flame ..
  14. Fry the cone until become crispy
  15. Now dip a side of ready cone in sauce
  16. And then sprinkle the chopped onion , serve.
