Paneer tikka in a tangy sauce and in a wrap.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer tikka:
  2. Paneer - 200 gms, cut lengthwise
  3. Gram flour - 1 teaspoon
  4. Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  5. Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Curd - 2 tablespoon
  8. Oil - 3 teaspoon
  9. Salt
  10. For sauce:
  11. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  12. Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  13. Any pickle - 1 tablespoon
  14. Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon
  15. For frankie:
  16. Roti - 4
  17. Onion - 1, sliced
  18. Tomato - 1, sliced
  19. Green chili - 1, sliced
  20. Coriander - a handful, chopped
  21. Lime - 1

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients for the tikka in a bowl. And add only 1 teaspoon oil. Apply marinade all over paneer and leave aside for half an hour.
  2. Shallow fry the paneer in the remaining oil for 2 mintues from both sides and keep aside.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
  4. Take one roti, keep paneer, spread the tomato, onion, chilli and coriander over the paneer and drizzle lime juice.
  5. Pour sauce over this and roll like a frankie. Make all the frankies and serve immediately.
