ABOUT Multigrain pan pizza RECIPE

This is healthy version of regular pizza which is cooked in pan also

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1/2 cup makki aata
  4. 1/2 cup bajra aata
  5. 1/2 cup curd
  6. Salt
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Haldi
  10. Lemon juice 2tsp
  11. 1/2 cup Methi leaves
  12. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  13. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  14. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  15. 2 tsp oil
  16. For topping----
  17. 1 cup Red, green and yellow capsicum
  18. 1/2 cup cabbage
  19. 1cup onion
  20. 1/2 cup peas
  21. Coriander leaves
  22. Hing
  23. Cheese
  24. Pizza sauce
  25. Salt
  26. Pepper
  27. oregano
  28. Chilli flakes
  29. Butter for base

Instructions

  1. First we make dough by taking all flours in bowl.
  2. Add all ingredents----- and make a dough
  3. Keep it covered
  4. Meanwhile we prepare topping
  5. For topping----
  6. Heat oil add hing jeera
  7. Add ginger garlic paste
  8. Add onion and green chilli
  9. Saute all of them and add cabbage
  10. Cook a little and add all bellpeppers
  11. Add peas
  12. Now add seasoning
  13. Salt, pepper, flakes and oregano
  14. Add coriander leaves
  15. Topping is ready
  16. Take dough and devide in equal parts
  17. Make a ball and roll down
  18. Cook half on pan
  19. Then butter it
  20. Spread pizza sauce and topping
  21. Grate cheese
  22. Cook on pan and cover it
  23. When cheese melt our pizza is ready
  24. Garnish with parsley
