ABOUT Orange Caramel Pudding RECIPE

Healthy and delicious dessert. Very easy to prepare. Made it with a little twist . Flavor and taste of orange and caramel.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full fat milk - 500 millilitre
  2. Condensed milk - 1 Cup
  3. Milk powder- 2 tablespoons
  4. Sugar - 1/3 cup
  5. Egg - 2
  6. Orange zest - 1 teaspoon
  7. Orange juice - 1/4 cup
  8. Extra sugar - 2 tablespoons


  1. Boil the milk, add sugar and milk powder. Keep boiling and reduce to 1 cup.
  2. Add condensed milk and mix it properly. Switch off the gas and keep aside for cooling.
  3. Caramelize the extra sugar and pour into ramekins.
  4. Beat the eggs and mix at room temperature and cool milk properly.
  5. Add orange zest and strain orange juice, the colour becomes yellowish.
  6. Pour the mixture into ramekins.
  7. Set the ramekins into a baking tray. Pour hot water in half of the baking tray and cover with aluminium foil.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 160 degree Celsius.
  9. After 30 minutes remove the aluminium foil and again bake for rest of the minutes.
  10. Take out from oven and let it cool at room temperature.
  11. After cooling keep the ramekins in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours.
  12. Put the ramekins upside down on the serving plate to remove the pudding and serve.
