Ingredients: Maida- 1,-1/3 cup; Caster sugar 3/4 cup; Cream 2 tbsp; baking powder-1 tsp; Colourful sand sugar for outer covering as ur choice-1 cup or more

Ingredients Serving: 6

Maida- 1,-1/3 cup
Caster sugar 3/4 cup
Cream 2 tbsp
baking powder-1 tsp
Colourful sand sugar for outer covering as ur choice-1 cup or more

Instructions

Beat butter and caster sugar until fluffy.
Add cardamom powder, ,vanilla essence and in butter and churn again
Add maida
Mix cream or milk according to ur need and knead a smooth dough
Roll dough and wrap in ziplock bag or simple plastic bag and kept in fridge for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes remove dough from fridge and wrap the dough in sand sugar properly
Cut in to small pieces evenly
Arrange in a tray and bake for 20-25 minutes in oven at 180%*or until cool well
Remove from oven when cook well,serve immediately or store
