Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cream milk 1 litre
  2. Full cup of mango pulp
  3. Sugar 50 gram (as par taste)
  4. Some pista for garnishing (1 tsp)
  5. Saffron thread 5-6
  6. 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  7. Silver sheet 1

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan on high flame.
  2. Set the milk to boil on high flame.
  3. Lower the flame after the milk has boiled.
  4. Cook the milk till it gets condensed. Switch of the flame and let it cool.
  5. Now add sugar, cardamom powder, pistachios to the milk.
  6. Now add mango pulp to it, and set it into the fridge for 1 hour.
  7. Put silver leaf and decorate with leftover pistachios and saffron thread.
  8. Serve it cool.
